The venue box office opens for ticket sales two hours prior to the published door time on event days only. Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall accepts the following methods of payment: cash, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction. No ins & outs once in the venue.

Shrine Expo Hall & Auditorium:
The box office is located on Royal Street between 32nd & Jefferson

Shrine LA Outdoors:
The box office is located at 700 W 32nd St

Lower fee tickets for Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall events and most Goldenvoice shows are also available for purchase in person (if available) from 12-5pm on the last Thursday of every month at the venue box office located on Royal Street between 32nd Street & Jefferson

You can access your tickets on the AXS mobile app:

1. Download the AXS Mobile App if you haven't already.
2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
3. Show the Tickets in the app at the door and get them scanned to enter. Enjoy the show!
4. If you have not received your tickets yet, please visit the AXS help center

Tickets may be picked up at the will call window of the box office beginning 2 hours prior to the show start time on day of show. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at will call. Venue does not accept will call drop off.

Please note our $6.00 GREEN FEE. Any re-prints for tickets not printed prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $6.00 Green Fee. This includes tickets not properly printed. Your barcodes must be clearly visible.

Shrine Auditorium:
